Aren’t these adorable?? I got the idea (and picture!) from Smart School House.
I bought green tealights on Amazon. They were actually white with green lights but when they’re turned on, they make the whole thing glow green so they worked pretty well. I would have preferred the awesome green sparkly ones in the picture but I don’t think they sell them anymore.
I packaged all of the materials in a brown paper bag so I can just hand one over to asking teens. I included felt, foam for the hat, googly eyes, a rhinestone wart, yarn (in case they wanted to hang her up), and a felt Halloween sticker (just for fun).
